Oatmeal Cookies (Helga Bromberg)

9 oz rolled oats
7 oz butter, melted
3.5 ounces flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
5 oz sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Combine oats and butter in a bowl and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Spoon walnut size portions onto the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool on a rack. Store in an air tight container.
